I always worry about other cats (or other animals) coming in though. the only reason i’m not too keen on those. but i love them. I’m just amazed they really don’t come inside more often.

That must be how I felt when all three of my kids were able to not only get their own coats/shoes/etc. on, but also to get into the car AND get themselves buckled into their appropriate car seat/booster/backseat!

Well, I don’t have a door that goes directly into the backyard.. only to the garage, and then an additional door to get to the backyard.
If I ever got cats or dogs, I doubt they’d be smart enough to actually make it to the backyard.
